She is an expert Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator.  She has successfully designed and coached countless growth plans focused on both operational and cultural performance for people and organizations throughout her career. She partners with her clients to create deeply meaningful programs that improve their lives both in and outside of the workplace.​

Renée brings more than 25 years of Leadership, Coaching, Facilitation, Speaking, Strategy, Organizational Change Management, Emotional Intelligence and Transformation consulting to large Fortune 500 companies, such as American Express, Boeing, Barrick Gold, and Freeport McMoRan. Renee is adept at working across all industries. She has provided consulting services to the non-profit sector, as well as to small to mid-sized organizations across the US. Prior to founding Nimble Giants Consulting, Renée served as a Senior Leader at Accenture, Pearson, Neudesic-IBM, and Freeport McMoRan. ​

Renée resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband of 26 years. Their twin daughters attend the University of Arizona.  She enjoys wellness challenges and taking on new hobbies  ​
