CHARLIE TOMBAZIAN

Charlie is currently Principal at Innovative Strategies, a consulting, coaching and training firm. He helps companies grow through differentiating customer and employee experiences. He specializes in customer experience improvement, employee engagement, leadership development and strategy creation. Charlie is a certified trainer in emotional intelligence. He also assists successful companies in achieving higher levels of significance through his work in Conscious Capitalism.

Charlie’s past consulting clients include Western Governors University, Pipeline AZ, Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), StrongMind, MicroAge, Shelvspace, Allstate Insurance Co., Solera Health, Tallwave, Ethology, Fox and Fin, Everest College Phoenix, MobiSquad, Hunter Contracting, AZ Humane Society, Avnet, Aon, and Harley Davidson University.

Prior to his consulting activities, Charlie held executive positions at 3 companies—Avnet, Pilgrim Group and The Acacia Group.  During those 22 years, he was also a graduate school instructor at University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University and Everest College Phoenix.  Charlie speaks frequently as both keynote presenter and breakout session facilitator.
